This is a preview of Eedris Abdulkareem’s new album called “The King Is Back”. As usual sparse info on this project, I am not sure when this is out or if it is already out(I am working on that…erm anyone from Eedris’s camp, feel free to contact with info). I am liking the beats and sounds on the album. I do not usually give Eedris his full dues as a rapper especially after the sad sad break up or the Remedies (Eddy Montana, Tony Tetuila & Eedris). The Remedies are actually making a comeback. For those who watched the SVMA 2008 would have seen their performance. I do like his Yoruba, Hausa and English flow. Makes for interesting listen. So anyway, check it out. My fave tracks tracks are “King is back” and “Aure”. There is supposed to be a video for “Last man Standing”, which I have not seen on Youtube. I put one download called “Welcome to Africa” which is below.
